Catering Assistant Location: NHS Forth Valley Hours: 20 hours Salary: £13.32 per hour Part time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract We’re looking for a Catering Assistant to help deliver a high-quality, safe, and person-centred catering service for patients, staff, and visitors. You’ll assist with food preparation, meal service, and cleaning duties across our kitchens, restaurant, and café areas. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals for patients, staff, and visitors. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations. Operate catering equipment and handle cash/card payments. Support stock rotation and ensure equipment is clean and fit for purpose. Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests promptly. What We’re Looking For Previous catering experience is helpful but not essential—full training provided. Good communication and customer care skills.
