About the role:
We’re looking for a consultant to help us strengthen our approach to equality, diversity and inclusion across our Hub and wider work.
This is a short, focused project working with a friendly, purpose-led team, with a real opportunity to shape how we create a more inclusive and accessible space for our community.
What you’ll do:
1. Review how we currently deliver services and engage with a diverse community
2. Identify practical ways to improve accessibility and inclusion
3. Deliver ED&I training for staff
4. Provide guidance on inclusive behaviours, language and service delivery
Project details:
5. £350 per day
6. 2–3 days
7. Estimated total £700–£1,050 (depending on scope)
8. Remotely based
