Job Description
As a finance assistant, your main duties and responsibilities are:
3. Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger
4. Ensuring that financial controls are followed and that expenditure is within budget
5. Ensuring correct approval is obtained for purchase invoices and payments
6. Entering supplier invoices and credit notes into the system
7. Liaising with colleges internally and suppliers externally to resolve supplier queries
8. Managing the regular payment runs and presenting to the Financial Controller and Finance Director
9. Maintenance of client data in the system
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
10. Atleast 2 years Experience working in a similar role previously
11. A very high attention to detail
