We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a 3-month contract.
This will be a full-time position with an hourly rate for this position is negotiable.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a housing association and a full UK Drivers Licence.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Maintaining a caseload of 15 clients who are soon to be released from hospital
2. Carrying out estate inspections
3. Reporting any repairs needed on the properties
4. Completing tenancy audits
Experience required:
5. Experience working within a housing association
6. Experience as a housing officer
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
7. Good organisational and time management skills
8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working hours:
9. 37.5 a week
10. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
