We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Thames Water framework on our East Hyde project in Bedfordshire.
East Hyde STW is a major capital scheme for Thames Water, delivering sewage processes including digester and biogas, and sludge works. As Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in successfully delivering this critical project, working alongside our leadership team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency throughout.
Location: East Hyde, Bedfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Responsibilities
* Leading safety initiatives and ensuring a safe working environment for all teams on site.
* Managing resources efficiently, including labour, plant, materials, and supply‑chain coordination.
* Collaborating with the Commercial Team on financial forecasts, cost control, and value reviews.
* Ensuring all construction activities meet project specifications and quality standards.
* Managing project schedules using Primavera P6 and Last Planner techniques to keep everything on track.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in construction project management, particularly within the water or utilities sector.
* Hold CSCS/EUSR and SMSTS certifications and understand CDM regulations.
* Confident working with project management methodologies and software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
* Strong leadership skills and enjoy fostering collaborative, inclusive team environments.
* Possess a full driving licence and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
