We have an exciting opportunity within the Medicine Directorate for an Elective and Diagnostic Booking Officer, based at Frimley Park Hospital.
We’re seeking an approachable, patient-focused team player who naturally embodies our Trust values and brings a positive, professional approach to the workplace. This is a busy and varied role, requiring exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and confidence working to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
You will be working within our Pacing Team, where your role will be key to supporting the smooth running of patient bookings and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
* The post holder will be responsible for booking appointments across all Trust sites.
* They will have an active role in the implementation, as well as ongoing monitoring of both new and existing appointments systems.
* The post holder will assist with meeting Trust targets.
* The post holder will be required to offer very high customer service skills for patients and both internal and external staff.
