Day-to-day duties of the role:

Lead and motivate the sales team to advance the sales cycle and hit performance targets.
Evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies.
Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in sales.
Strong ability to coach sales team members to deliver a high standard of customer service and performance.
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Availability to travel as needed.
