Role & Responsibilities:
1. Utilize Digital Engineering models to create Visual Method Statements and Task sheets, demonstrating confidence in sharing with team members.
2. Implement and ensure compliance with the LOR Temporary Works Management procedures, and educate others on these procedures.
3. Determine appropriate dimensional control methods, consulting specialists as needed, and control setting out data.
4. Interrogate and transfer setting out data from 3D CAD models.
5. Define scope for as-built surveys and reports to demonstrate compliance.
6. Produce or oversee the production of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring they meet specifications and contractual obligations.
7. Adhere to project and company quality procedures.
8. Recommend and utilize best engineering methods.
9. Have knowledge of the design process.
10. Produce and approve method statements and risk assessments.
11. Manage procurement activities.
12. Manage a team of Senior Engineers, depending on the project scope.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (e.g., HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4) with relevant construction experience.
2. Approximately 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
3. Experience with structural projects.
4. Eligibility to work in the UK / valid UK visa.
