The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with care homes and healthcare partners, and driving growth across all service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our client base and partnerships
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
* Build and maintain relationships with care homes, healthcare providers, and commissioners
* Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align business goals
* Represent Therapies on Thames at networking events and industry meetings
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Background in healthcare or related sectors strongly preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong organisational and strategic thinking abilities

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
