IT Service Manager
Salary: £50K – £55K
Location: South Manchester - (3x a week on site)

As their IT Service Desk Manager, you'll be joining a close-knit IT team with real visibility and influence, working directly with the Head of IT and senior stakeholders. This is not a "keep the lights on" role — you'll have the chance to shape IT services, improve how technology supports the business, and leave a clear footprint as the organisation scales.
What You'll Do as IT Service Manager:
Own and manage relationships with multiple software and technology suppliers, acting as the primary escalation point for IT service issues.
Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including helpdesk operations, application support, and new-starter onboarding.
Drive improvements in IT service management processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality of support.
Provide guidance around security, compliance, and governance, supporting internal teams and external partners with technology integrations.
Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to align IT services with business needs and future growth.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working in a MSP environment or managing multiple IT suppliers.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and managing complex applications.
Knowledge of IT service management, security, compliance frameworks, and the ability to drive process improvements.
