Job Description Lead Product Delivery Manager (Band 8c/8b) – 3 Posts Location: Remote/home based, with travel as required About the Role: Join our NHS Product Team as a Lead Product Delivery Manager, driving delivery excellence across a suite of digital products and services. You’ll enable agile, user-centred teams to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as Population Health Management, Care Coordination, Elective Recovery, and Non-Clinical Operational Performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Establish and support high-performing teams, collaborating with delivery partners and stakeholders. Plan, report, and maintain product delivery artefacts, ensuring timelines are met. Monitor delivery metrics and product performance, adapting plans to maintain momentum. Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to remove blockers and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements. Coach and support delivery managers and team members, fostering a collaborative culture. Deputise for the Assistant Director as required. About You: Significant expertise in agile, user-centred product delivery. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments. Knowledge of NHS data product management principles. Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
