Join a specialist technical team at a global leader in data backup, disaster recovery, and cyber-resilient managed services. Your work will directly support our mission to prevent data loss, minimise downtime, and secure critical systems against ransomware and cyber threats.
What You’ll Do
From day one, you’ll be the essential point of contact for end-user IT support. You’ll:
* Serve as first-line responder for tech support, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
* Manage and resolve tickets involving hardware (PCs, laptops, printers), software, and network issues.
* Set up user accounts (email, access permissions, software installs).
* Install and maintain hardware and deploy software updates.
* Provide remote support using management tools.
* Document issues and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
* Collaborate with Global InfoSec to uphold security best practices.
What You’ll Need
Experience & Skills
* Experience in IT support (professional, academic, internship or self-directed).
* Comfortable with Windows & macOS, Active Directory, Office 365, networking basics, laptop repair/maintenance, and remote support tools.
Soft Skills
* Sharp problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Clear verbal and written communication.
* Independent and collaborative working style.
Nice-to-Haves
* Familiarity with ticketing platforms (Jira, Confluence, Zendesk).
* Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
