Marketing Communications Manager
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (Hybrid) Pay: £70,000-£80,000 equivalent (weekly pay) + expenses Start: Immediate Contract: Temporary
A fast‑growing Defence business sector is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead high‑impact marketing activity across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who can deliver integrated campaigns, manage Defence events, and strengthen brand visibility in a technical B2B environment.
The role of this Temporary Contract Marketing Communications Manager will be to :
Lead integrated marketing and communications plans.
Deliver multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, email, PR, events).
Drive account‑based marketing and end‑to‑end campaign execution.
Create technical content and customer‑focused messaging.
Manage Defence events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Improve digital lead generation and report on performance.
Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and leadership teams.You will ideally have
Defence or government/regulated sector experience.
Strong B2B and account‑based marketing background.
Experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns and events.
Strong content development and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.What to expect in this Marketing Communications Role
