Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor Vintners, London | Corporate | Permanent | Full time Up to £ 28,800.00 depending on experience 40 hours per week As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our corporate club, you will have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You are highly motivated with excellent communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver exceptional customer service. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or Swimming Pool Emergency Responder Award (SPERA) would be beneficial, but not essential, providing you are willing to become qualified. A CIMSPA qualification and First Aid at Work is essential. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will: · Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes. A spinning qualification desired, but training can be provided. · Deliver exceptional customer service from dealing with enquiries, class and massage bookings, along with processing payments. · Assist with the lifeguarding of the pool and ensure members are safe within the pool environment. · Ensure each member inducted before using our facilities. · Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes. · Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals. · Deputize for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience and liaise with the client to ensure the gym runs smoothly.
