We are looking for a Dialler Manager who truly wants to make an impact within our organisation to drive business improvement. The ideal candidate will have a key focus on driving a high-performance culture and be solutions focussed.
It is likely you are currently a talented analyst who is frustrated by the lack of opportunity to implement initiatives that will drive business improvement. As a result, you are looking to step up and meet the challenge of a role like ours where your skills will play a key role in the development of our Company. Within this role, you will analyse performance of various data streams across different campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement to our dialler strategy and implement to assist the continual growth and development of the business. You will maximise the data usage, identify opportunities to increase sales volume and enhance productivity. You will analyse the data and trends and recommend strategies to get instant results.
You must be organised and methodical in your approach, prioritising tasks to ensure that the business not only meet but exceed all targets, whilst remaining compliant with all relevant regulations for outbound dialling. The role is complex, requiring you to dissect processes, revealing untapped opportunities for optimisation.
You must be an excellent communicator, be able to identify key concerns and challenges of the business, provide insight and be proactive in providing the strategy of how to overcome them. You will collaborate with our subject matter experts to ensure that Step Change Outsourcing remains compliant and therefore maintains its PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and FCA certifications, as well as adhering to obligations set by our clients and relevant regulatory bodies such as Ofcom.
