As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, from installations to repairs, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. * Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, staircases, and furniture.
* Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials accurately.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects within set deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years).
* Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
* A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
