Civil Quantity Surveyor Location: Swansea Type: Permanent / Full-Time Salary: Competitive (DOE) Pro Staff is working with a Groundworks Contractor based in South Wales that is looking to recruit a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join their procurement team. Key Responsibilities: * Site measurements and preparations of weekly cost and production reports. * Undertake cost forecasts * Management of subcontractors including enquiries, order placement, payment assessments * Interpret drawings and instructions and agree estimates with site teams and clients * The production of valuations and submission to clients * Liaise with subcontractors to agree rates and services * Agree final accounts with all parties Requirements: * QS Degree or equivalent * Civil Engineering experience – Grounds for new build residential and commercial projects * Organised, detail-focused, and able to work to deadlines * Good communication and negotiation skills If you’re available and interested, please apply now or contact Pro Staff Construction Ltd for more information
