We are seeking an Music Lecturer who is passionate about the subject and can raise achievement through motivating, challenging and inspiring our students. Working as part of a team to provide guidance and support to ensure the department can contribute to the success rates of the college overall. Using your industry experience to provide a vision for success and progression for our learners.
The post holder will be required to work on Fridays, but flexible on the other days worked.
You will be teaching on a range of UAL courses in Music and Performing Arts. Courses include:
Level 1 Diploma in Music, Performing and Production Arts
Level 2 Diploma in Music Performance and Production
Level 3 Diploma in Music Performance and Production
Level 3 Extended Diploma in Music Performance and Production
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and committed practitioner who has an ability to deliver outstanding and engaging teaching and learning to young people aged 16-19 within the Creative Industries Department.
Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group and is one of London's most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old's and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and developed a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre in 2024.
