THE JOB Playing a critical role in keeping the agricultural wheels turning, you will provide top notch support to our customers. Taking responsibility for key day to day processes in line with company guidelines and ensuring smooth communication between all parties. You will play a key part in offering industry leading levels of service to our internal and external customers by: Providing hands-on technical support in a busy workshop and out in the field. Undertaking routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of ATVs and UTVs Fault finding, diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting, ensuring machinery will operation to a high standard in alignment with manufacturer specification, to a high level of accuracy. Supporting the Customer Care process and providing technical advice. Ensuring Dealer Standards are met and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Providing tehcnical expertise and guidance as reqiured across the business Collaborating with the Parts Department, sales team, and other branches to keep everything running like clockwork. Performing pre-delivery inspections, scheduled maintenance, and safety checks. Adherence to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental. Ensuring that all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice, are adhered to in respect of ongoing compliance, including but not limited to UFAS, FIAS, & NOPS assurance schemes. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED Essential A strong technical background in agricultural machinery, power tools or similar agricultural equipment. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across departments. A team player who is just as comfortable in the workshop as they are on the farm. Excellent customer service skills, with an appreciation for our customer base. Has an organised approach to work and able to work using own initiative. Knowledge of Agriculture. Adopts a flexible approach to work and willing to take on additional responsibilities. Team player, with a genuine interest in helping others. Holds a full UK driving licence. Desirable Confident and competent user of Microsoft applications systems and fully IT literate.
