As a globalTalent Acquisition Team, we focus on finding great talents, anticipating business needs, and supporting our hiring managers to hire successfully. We are aiming for successfullong-termhires and driving an innovative recruiting process with a great candidate experience.
We are currently looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be aligned to our G&A (Corporate) and Marketing departments.
Your role in the team:
* Full-cycle recruitmentfor corporate departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) and marketing teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Develop and executetargeted sourcing strategiesto attract passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
* Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement.
* Ensure apositive candidate experiencethrough timely communication, feedback, and professionalism.
* Maintain and update ATS records, ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
What will help you succeed
* Proven experience recruiting for corporate and marketing roles, ideally in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
* Previous experience of multi-country recruitment, ideally within EMEA
* Ability to manage high volume of open roles
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
