We specialise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), ensuring our clients’ operational readiness and maintenance requirements are fully met, optimising the lifecycle of assets from procurement through to in-service support.

Engagement expectations
* Vetting: Due to the regulated nature of our work, and our significant Defence portfolio, we require a minimum of, active Standard Check (SC) vetting to be in place.
* Working pattern: Projects typically require 2–3 days per week on-site commitment at client locations (Southwest clusters such as Bristol, Corsham, Portsmouth, Andover, Yeovil), with hybrid flexibility where permitted.
* Fees: Rates are agreed per engagement and aligned to role seniority and scope.

Who you are
* Experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional with a strong background in developing, implementing, and managing logistics support solutions across the entire lifecycle of complex defence systems.
* Skilled in managing obsolescence, in-service support, and sustainment for legacy systems, ensuring operational readiness and lifecycle efficiency.
* Able to provide expert guidance on supportability engineering, maintenance planning, and logistics governance to ensure alignment with ILS strategy, principles, and best practices.
* Comfortable operating in regulated, secure environments.
* Comfortable working in an ambiguous and evolving environment
