The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with ASD, SEMH, or SLD, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum and thrive within the school environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing one-to-one and small group support.
• Assisting in lesson preparation and classroom activities.
• Supporting students’ social and emotional development.
• Working alongside teaching staff to track progress and adapt strategies.
