About this Role
We seek a committed and enthusiastic teacher of Maths to join our friendly and well-resourced Maths department. The department has a strong ethos of collaborative working across all key stages.
Principal Responsibilities
1. To plan, deliver, and teach Maths lessons and sequences of lessons tailored to meet the individual, personal, and academic needs of students, fostering their development as independent learners.
2. To follow the Scheme of Work and assessment programme provided by the Key Stage Coordinators in Maths to ensure all students make progress.
3. To be accountable for student progress by liaising with teaching and support staff to monitor and support individual students and groups.
4. To participate in the development of appropriate syllabuses, materials, and schemes of work.
5. To serve as Form Tutor for an assigned form and perform related duties as outlined in the general job description of a Form Tutor.
