Job Description
The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring effective store operations. They are part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Qualifications
What it Takes
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
* No supervisory or management experience required
* Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills
* Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness
* Adaptability, stress tolerance, poise, ambition
* Multi-tasking, applied learning, promoting diversity & inclusion, work ethic, omni-channel services
