We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to oversee safety performance on a prestigious construction project. This role involves working closely with project teams and the supply chain to implement safety strategies that promote a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project teams to achieve excellent health and safety standards and compliance.
Provide expert advice on health and safety issues, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
Promote and embed a positive health and safety reporting culture across the site.
Drive health and safety improvements using root cause analysis and behavioural insights.
Assist in developing health and safety competencies within the project team. Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in supporting Health and Safety in large-scale construction or civil engineering projects.
A NEBOSH General or Construction and ideally working towards a Level 6 Qualification in Health and Safety.
Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills to engage diverse teams effectively.
