We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Delivering a wide range of engineering products, including cables, drums, steelwork, tools, gas coils and transformers
* Handling varied, non‑standard loads across different shapes and sizes
* Safely secure, unload and reload varied materials using a Moffett
* Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
* Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
* Have experience with Moffett equipment (training available for the right candidate)
* Are reliable, self‑motivated and capable of undertaking manual handling tasks.
* Ideally have recent HGV driving experience
