HSEQ Manager – TeleCycle Europe Limited (Majestic Corporation Plc)

About Us:
TeleCycle Europe Limited is a fast-growing, wholly owned subsidiary of Majestic Corporation PLC, specialising in precious metals and non-ferrous metals recycling. We focus on e-waste, catalytic converters, telecom equipment, printed circuit boards, IT infrastructure, and solar renewables, helping some of the world’s largest brands close the loop in the circular economy.
With our established Deeside site and brand-new 50,000 sq ft Wrexham facility coming online, we are scaling rapidly and need a dedicated HSEQ leader to keep our operations safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible.
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive HSEQ Manager to champion Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across both UK sites. This is a critical, on-the-ground leadership position. You will be the driving force behind our safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a busy industrial recycling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver all internal HSEQ audits, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.
* Support and assist with external audits, regulatory inspections, and certification maintenance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
* Maintain and keep up to date all site permits, licences, and audit records.
* Stay current with the latest Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental legislation and best practice, and proactively implement changes.
* Prepare and deliver daily safety briefings to operations teams.
* Drive a strong safety-first culture across the workforce.
* Champion continuous improvement in HSEQ performance.
* Be willing to learn new regulations quickly and pursue relevant professional qualifications (e.g. WAMITAB).

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in an HSEQ / HSE / SHEQ Manager role, ideally within waste, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
* Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety, environmental, and quality legislation.
* Experience leading internal audits and supporting external audits.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with confidence in delivering safety briefings and engaging with teams at all levels.
* Self-motivated, with a willingness to get stuck in on a busy operational site.
* Full UK driving licence (sites are approximately 15–20 minutes apart).
* Commitment to professional development and staying ahead of regulatory changes.
