Job Purpose: Housing Management Officers play an integral role in delivering the Highland Council's housing service. They are the single point of contact for social housing tenants regarding all tenancy matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated housing team focused on continuous improvement and excellent customer care.

Requirements
Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Qualification or willingness to undertake this within the first 12 months of employment.
