Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dispensing Optician role located in Bramhall, Stockport. As a Dispensing Optician, you will assist customers in selecting the appropriate eyewear, ensure high standards of customer service, and perform duties such as dispensing lenses and providing advice on optical products. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver the best eyecare solutions. The role requires attention to detail and an enthusiasm for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and skills in Optics, Optometry, and Eye Exams
* Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Professional attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality care
* Formal qualifications as a Registered Dispensing Optician with the General Optical Council
* Flexibility to work different shifts and genuine enthusiasm for working in a team-centric environment
