Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or allied health role is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided. Day-to-day Start the day by reviewing patient care plans and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with the healthcare team. Assist patients with their morning routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, clean, and cared for. Support healthcare practitioners during patient check-ups and therapies, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure accurate health data collection and reporting, updating patient logs as required. Provide emotional support to patients, lending an empathetic ear and offering encouragement where necessary.
