An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and confident in handling enquiries across multiple communication channels.
You will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, ensuring all queries are handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:55am – 17:10pm
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
* Manage and respond to customer emails within agreed timeframes
* Resolve customer queries and issues while maintaining high service standards
* Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure appropriate resolutions are reached
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to support customer satisfaction
