We are currently working with a welcoming primary school in Reading who are seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HLTA who enjoys variety, responsibility, and making a real impact across the school. The role will involve: Delivering planned lessons and covering classes when required Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience) Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support Assisting with lesson planning and assessment Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress The ideal candidate will have: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience Experience working in a UK primary school Confidence managing a classroom independently Strong communication and behaviour management skills A positive, proactive, and flexible approach At Supply Hive, safeguarding and child welfare are at the heart of everything we do.
