What does the role involve?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff
* Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively
* Support students with their learning while following the school's policies
* Adapt quickly to different subject areas and year groups
* Play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning in a dynamic school environment
What are we looking for?
We want to hear from individuals who:
* Have experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity
* Are confident in managing classroom behaviour
* Can follow lesson plans and think on their feet
* Are flexible, proactive, and keen to make a difference
* Hold a degree or relevant qualification (desirable, but not essential)
