Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Alcester. This hands-on role involves assembling silicone-based products within a production environment, ensuring that daily targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Work towards and achieve daily production targets
* Assemble silicone-based products in accordance with manufacturing specifications
* Follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Adhere strictly to all health and safety procedures

* Good manual dexterity and confident working with your hands

* Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential
