This Customer Service Advisor will have the following responsibilities:
1. Welcome customers in person, by phone, or online, and keep them updated throughout their vehicles repair journey.
2. Manage bookings and repair schedules, ensuring efficient use of workshop capacity.
3. Communicate clearly about services, timelines, and costs, including preparing invoices and processing payments.
4. Recommend additional repairs or service plans based on vehicle assessments.
5. Handle insurance excess payments and assist with related documentation.
