The Site Supervisor role:
Working as an integral part of our Neighbourhood Teams you will have responsibility for the operational management of the Residential Site, including lettings, assisting in income collection and debt control.
Key duties and responsibilities of our Site Supervisor:
1. Carry out daily inspections of the site providing a pro-active approach to emerging issues, breaches of licence regulations, assessment of environmental condition and security checks.
2. Addressing all breaches of licence regulations as and when they occur and ensure the appropriate follow up action in accordance with procedures.
3. Operationally responsible for the termination of tenancies on the site including checking the pitch; assessing any damage and obtaining quotes for rectifying damage caused.
4. Arranging for work to be carried out and recharges made, where appropriate. Including operational responsibility for the letting of vacant sites in accordance with policy ensuring minimum void loss.
