In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of their agile, robust Group 5-Year Plan model, delivering sharp insights that power fast, data-led decision‑making across the organisation. You'll be at the heart of strategic planning, supporting a high‑growth business unit, and playing a key role in major initiatives—like credit rating reviews, refinancing, and acquisitions.
This is more than just number‑crunching. It’s your opportunity to combine analytical expertise with real strategic influence, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and evolve our Group 5-Year Plan model to be faster, smarter, and more business‑critical than ever.
* Collaborate with Business Units, challenging assumptions and shaping forecasts to identify new opportunities.
* Partner with our growth teams to deliver high‑impact analysis that fuels expansion.
* Craft compelling insights, turning complex data into presentations that inform and influence the boardroom.
* Engage in high‑profile projects—from M&A analysis to credit reviews—expanding your influence across the Finance function.
🔍 What You’ll Need:
* Advanced Excel skills (bonus points for VBA or Power Query).
* Proven Financial Modelling experience in a Group FP&A setting within a large, complex organisation.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills in fast‑paced environments.
* Experience presenting to senior stakeholders—clear, concise, and compelling.
* A mix of financial expertise and sharp commercial instincts.
