Responsibilities
* As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of the restaurant, dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
* Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers' specific needs, keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
* Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; ability to work well as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills: attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels while working both efficiently and productively.
