Client relationship manager

Parkside are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team! In this newly created role you will lead a team of Sales Support Coordinators overseeing the team to help develop how they manage and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring client needs are met and business sales opportunities are maximised. The role will be responsible for developing the strategic thinking & client management to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth

The Role
1. Lead and motivate the Team to maximise strong relationships with key clients.
2. Identify opportunities for development within the team and conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance team skill
3. Implement effective communication strategies to foster a positive team culture
