PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
ST BRYCEDALE SURGERY
Salary/Banding: Band 2
Hours: 20 Hours Per Week, 4 hours daily (Flexibility essential during our opening hours of 8am-6pm and a requirement to work one extended hours shift until 6:45pm on a rotational basis.)
St Brycedale Surgery is a four-partner GP Practice located in the heart of the community within the beautiful Kingdom of Fife, with easy access to Edinburgh, Perth, and St Andrews. We are situated in an east coastal town, just a 10-minute walk from the beach.
Our ethos is to provide the best primary care services to our patients in an efficient, friendly, and sympathetic manner. We are seeking a reception team member who enjoys working with the public and remains professional and approachable at all times. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation are essential, especially in our busy and challenging environment.

The candidate must be flexible to work during staff absences, holidays, and overtime to meet the practice's needs.
Duties:
All reception and administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice operations, including signposting patients, assisting with appointments, prescription requests, and general inquiries. Effective communication with the multidisciplinary team is essential.
Competency in using GP clinical systems is advantageous. Previous experience working with the public is essential. A medical background is preferred but not required.
