Overview
Regional Manager / Branch Manager | Southampton
Competitive base salary of £40k + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission | £60k OTE
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving branch that's already ahead of budget and forecast, with impressive growth achieved in just a short time. The team is small but mighty, with two consultants, covering a huge geography across Dorset, Hampshire and Berkshire. The role seeks someone with the experience and drive to step in, build on that trajectory, and help us take the branch to the next level.
This role is about fuelling further growth: selling, developing existing business, winning new accounts, and then guiding the consultants as we expand. With support from a dedicated sales manager and a hands-on Head of Region, Mat, who has been with the business since 2003 and knows the client base inside out, you’ll be set up for success from day one. The potential here is huge; the branch historically had a team of eight and we’re looking to grow steadily to 3-5 consultants, with scope to develop both temp and perm markets across driving, logistics, manufacturing and ancillary sectors. The location offers parking, a supportive environment, and the chance to shape a high-performing team in a prosperous market.
