Due to continued programme success and expansion, they’re seeking an experienced Lead Programme Planner to drive planning excellence across a complex, high-profile product development lifecycle. The Role: As the Lead Programme Planner, you will: * Own and manage the integrated end-to-end programme schedule * Define planning strategy and architecture across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and other workstreams * Lead planning discipline across the programme, ensuring clarity, consistency, and delivery confidence * Provide scenario planning, critical path analysis, and risk assessments to guide executive-level decisions * Implement planning governance, performance baselining, KPI tracking, and earned value reporting * Facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews and stakeholder briefings, adapting to agile/hybrid delivery models What You’ll Bring: * Proven experience as a senior or lead planner within complex, multidisciplinary engineering or hardware development programmes * Advanced knowledge of tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and enterprise systems (ERP/PLM) * Strong understanding of the full hardware lifecycle – from concept and design to testing, compliance, and manufacturing * Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and leading planning strategy * Clear communication and strong analytical ability to drive schedule performance and decision-making Project Environment: This is a fast-paced and high-innovation environment where your expertise will directly support the development of next-gen electric technologies used across motorsport, marine, defence, and automotive.
