We are looking for someone who can be the first point of contact for all customer inbound parts sales enquiries, ensuring all requests are dealt with on time in line with customer expectations, service level agreements, and internal KPIs.
Responsibilities include processing and managing enquiries from opportunity to secured order, maintaining databases and portals accurately and efficiently.
You will also be able to:
* Populate and maintain an effective opportunity pipeline
* Ensure parts opportunity pipeline is accurately populated daily
* Use ERP system correctly and accurately
* Source and interpret wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic, and product schematic diagrams to advise customers of required parts
* Take enquiry from opportunity to confirmed order
* Carry out daily administration such as loading opportunities into ERP, raising purchase orders, and placing demand on supply chain
* Source parts from alternative suppliers when required
* Review and raise credits within authorisation limits
* Maintain and review open orders to ensure all jobs are being actioned
* Cover work for the wider team during busy periods and absences
Carry out any additional tasks as requested by your line manager.
This role is 39.5 hours per week based on-site in Solihull.
