Your Responsibilities
The responsibilities will vary but mainly include:
* Email marketing: managing copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotions;
* Social media growth: managing and expanding our LinkedIn presence, testing new formats, and leveraging content on YouTube and Twitter;
* Graphic design: maintaining visual identity across marketing channels, with support and training provided;
* Website management: design, SEO, UX optimization, and launching new formats reflecting our brand;
* Analytics: measuring and improving performance metrics across channels to meet targets and KPIs;
* Paid advertising and PPC campaign management;
* Collaboration: working with other departments to share content and communicate brand progress.
What we expect from you
No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates must have a UK work permit and a university degree or be working towards one. We seek candidates who:
* Have a strong drive and desire to excel;
* Possess a high work ethic and sense of urgency;
* Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through;
* Are curious about people and enjoy building relationships;
* Are excellent communicators, especially in writing and verbally;
