The Senior Marketing Executive supports the delivery of campaigns, content and events, ensuring work is well coordinated and completed to a high standard. The role spans PR, events, social media, content creation and digital marketing, and suits someone organised, proactive and keen to grow.

This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Central London.

Senior Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities:

1. Support day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns.

2. Maintain campaign calendars, schedules and trackers.

3. Coordinate activity across specialist lending areas.

4. Liaise with agencies and suppliers to manage progress and approvals.

5. Contribute ideas during planning sessions.

6. Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

7. Maintain process documentation and support workflow improvements.

8. Gather information from internal teams and intermediaries for content.

9. Assist with drafting and proofreading case studies, articles, emails and social posts.

10. Coordinate the LinkedIn posting schedule and monitor engagement.

11. Support updates to website content.

12. Assist with sourcing visuals and managing approvals.

13. Suggest ways to enhance online visibility and employee advocacy.

14. Support press releases, announcements and internal communications.

15. Maintain media lists, monitor coverage and assist with reporting.

16. Liaise with PR agencies and media partners.

17. Support planning and coordination of events, exhibitions and awards.

18. Manage logistics, collateral and branded materials.

19. Liaise with suppliers and gather feedback and assets after events.

20. Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice processing.

21. Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliation.

22. Prepare activity summaries and performance reports.

Ideal Senior Marketing Executive Profile:

23. Experience in marketing coordination, ideally in financial services or a related field.

24. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

25. Excellent written communication and proofreading accuracy.

26. Confident using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

27. Comfortable managing timelines and budgets.

28. Strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure.

29. Competent in Excel and SharePoint.

30. Basic awareness of digital analytics and marketing metrics.
