We’re expanding our team at Winchmore Tutors and are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants ready to make a real difference in students’ lives across Worcestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
* Familiarity with special education practices (highly desirable)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effectively engaging with students and parents.

Deliver individualised, patient-led support for a student with limited communicative language and understanding of routines.
*
Collaborate with the family and other professionals to support the student’s development.
Ideal Candidate:
* Ability to teach English or Maths or Science for 5 hours per week per subject
* Available to tutor between the hours of 9am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday
*
Adaptable, patient, and proactive – able to tailor approaches to the student’s needs.
*
Own transport/dependable commute to area.
* Able to start immediately
