General Manager – Mill House Beefeater, Redhill
Salary: £42,000 – £47,500 + up to 50% bonus

As General Manager, You’ll
* Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
* Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities
* Manage costs and oversee the site’s P&L
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences every time
* Champion brand standards and maintain top health & safety
You’re a natural leader with experience in high-volume, guest-facing roles—ideally branded. Commercially savvy, people-focused, and passionate about hospitality, you’re ready to take ownership and make Mill House the go-to destination in Redhill.
