As part of the ITG creative team, the requirement of this role is to create a range of digital assets, aligned to brand guidelines, for use across multiple formats. These include online, email, social and affiliates. You’ll work with your creative peers, ITG’s client services team and the client directly to support the business in their digital output. You should have an understanding of wireframing, and how to use widgets/design within widget parameters. Understanding of responsive design and website accessibility requirements is also key. Well rounded experience and best working practice across multiple channels is a bonus, as is the ability to consider how creative shows up across multiple channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Estimating time required to deliver tasks aligned to your schedule Be able to work under pressure through high demand trading periods. Be flexible, proactive, with the ability to understand and develop a brief. Your creative output will be high impact, right for channel and stand out aligned to the goals of brand and brief. Keep abreast of best practice and share findings with your team. Requirements 3 years Digital or Graphic design in either agency or retail. Strong creative portfolio showcasing a range of digitality focused projects across multiple devices. Well rounded experience and best working practises across multiple channels. Understanding mobile responsive design and functions. High level of technical proficiency in Adobe CC software, with a focus in photoshop. Plus ideally a working knowledge of After Effects. Experience in email design and formatting. Collaborative; ability to develop strong relationship with team members and business stakeholders. Driven and self motivated.
