We are seeking a professional and welcoming Site Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring the security and smooth operation of the front desk. The successful candidate will manage front-of-house responsibilities, security, telecommunications, and various administrative tasks.
Your Tasks:
* Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
* Welcome & direct visitors.
* Manage security and telecommunications systems.
* Conduct local site briefings and check in contractors.
* Maintain fire registers and ensure adherence to safety processes.
* Create and issue ID cards for new starters, visitors, and contractors.
* Control access and conduct security audits.
* Occasionally travel to other sites required.
Your Profile:
* Experience in a receptionist role is preferable.
* Flexible team player with the ability to embrace change.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with the HR team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of security software/systems is desirable.
