Location: Worksop
Salary: £24,030 - £24,513 per annum
This is a maternity cover role until May 2026, offering a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in regaining the skills and confidence to live independently. The role is focused on empowering individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities to live independently, make informed choices, and enjoy fulfilling lives. We use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to support each person’s journey.

Watson Road, a supported living service for adults with enduring mental health needs, is located in Worksop and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Shifts include:
 * 7:00am – 2:30pm
 * 2:30pm – 10:00pm
 * 10:00pm – 7:00am (waking nights)
Weekend availability is essential. Access to a car or reliable transport is strongly recommended to ensure you can attend shifts on time.
What Youll Do
 * Providing face-to-face support tailored to each person’s needs
 * Supporting service users with tenancy management and home care
 * Promoting daily living skills, budgeting, and wellbeing
 * Writing and reviewing risk assessments, following safeguarding procedures, legislation, and health & safety standards
 * Building strong relationships with families, social workers, and other professionals
 * Administering medication and coordinating shifts on a rota basis
 * Maintaining accurate records using IT systems (basic IT skills required)
